You will receive the item offered as unused new goods, either in the manufacturer's original packaging or in neutral packaging, as stated in the item description.

New goods in original packaging: The scope of delivery corresponds to the manufacturer's standard scope of delivery. If the manufacturer includes toner or ink with printers and multifunction devices, the devices are supplied with the manufacturer's starter toners or starter cartridges. These often have a lower yield than standard cartridges. The original packaging may have been opened by us for inspection.

New goods in neutral packaging: Supplied are the device or accessory and the components listed in the item description. Manufacturer inserts such as printed quick guides, installation CDs, connection cables or starter toners are only included if they are expressly listed in the item description.

Not included in either case are USB, network or other connection cables, unless the manufacturer provides them or the item description mentions them, and optional accessories not expressly listed, such as additional paper trays, finishers or extensions. Current drivers and manuals can usually be downloaded free of charge from the manufacturer's website.
